  1. What should I do if I receive wrong or damaged items?

  • Booboo Bear Ph takes utmost care to ensure that products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent damages and/or breakages. In case of receipt of damaged items, please report thru our Facebook or Instagram account within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Please be reminded that exchange will not be processed without prior notification.

  1. What are the conditions to accept returns?

A. Item must be returned within 14 days from purchase date

B. Items should be unused, unaltered and with original tag labels and packaging

  1. What are the terms for items that shall not be accepted?

A. Damage caused by extensive use of the product and normal wear and tear

B. Damage caused by wrong use of cleaning products or washing instructions

C. Damage caused by customer’s improper handling

D. Merchandise already altered 

E. Items under clearance sale

F. For hygiene reasons like toiletries

  1. Is there a fee for delivery of the replaced item?

  • For damaged items (due to manufacturing/factory defect), delivery of the replacement item to the customer shall be free of charge

  1. Do I need to register and set up an account?

  • Registration is optional. You may place an order as a Guest. But to be able to process the order, you need to provide mandatory personal information. 

  • You may start by adding the items you want to your cart then proceed to check out. 

  1. How to order?

  • To shop on our site, choose from the category

  • Browse through the products we have to offer, and when you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more details

  • If you like the product and wish to purchase it, click the add to cart button

  • You have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order

  • Once you proceed to check out, you can do necessary changes to your cart and continue to our secure checkout page

  • Once in checkout, provide your contact details and delivery information

  • For the payment, you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details. 

  • Review the provided details and ensure that these are correct. Review our terms and conditions.

  • Click “Continue to Payment” and choose the payment option

  • If you’re happy to continue with your purchase click “Complete order”

  • Please be reminded that once you submit your order you be unable to change your order

  • You will receive a confirmation email 

  1. Do you reserve the items I have placed in my cart?

  • Saving items in your cart does not mean a reservation. 

  1. When will my order processed?

  • Orders are processed once we received the payment confirmation

  1. How soon will my order be processed?

  • All orders are processed after confirmation

  • Lead time is 1 to 3 days

  1. Can I cancel my order?

  • It is not possible to change and cancel orders after you have checked out. We highly recommend that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before you click the submit button

  • Provincial 10 to 15 days
